A.E.A.O.N.M.S. teams up with American Diabetic Association (ADA). In the latter part of 2008, newly installed Imperial Potentate Oliver Washington and the Imperial Divan of the Prince Hall Shriners (A.E.A.O.N.M.S.) initiated talks with the American Diabetes Association (ADA) to contemplate a collaborative effort for a philanthropic partnership.  As a result, Imperial Potentate Washington and the Imperial Divan commenced planning towards developing a new program to sustain such collaboration.

Prince Hall Shriners Foundation - About Us

The Prince Hall Shriners Foundation (PHSF) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization whose vision statement is “The Power of Giving” and whose mission statement is "A Helping Hand To Our Communities". The PHSF is the philanthropic arm of the Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order Nobles Mystic Shrine (AEAONMS) [or, “Prince Hall Shriners], and, as such, raises funds to financially support the Prince Hall Shriners national programs, as follows.

The Prince Hall Shriners Foundation accepts contributions from individuals and organizations to support these initiatives. Contributions may be tax exempt in accordance with applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
